TP1511/TP1512/TP1514 Stable 150kHz, 4μA, Rail-to-Rail, Op Amps

  The TP151x family includes CMOS single/dual/quadop-amps with low offset, stable high-frequencyresponse, low power, low supply voltage, and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs.   TP151x family is unity-gain stable with any capacitiveload with a constant 150 kHz GBWP, 0.09 V/μs slewrate while consuming only 4 μA of quiescent currentper amplifier. Analog trim and calibration routinereduce input offset voltage to below 3.0 mV, andproprietary precision temperature compensationtechnique makes offset voltage temperature drift at0.6 μV/°C. Beyond the rails input and rail-to-railoutput characteristics allow the full power-supplyvoltage to be used for signal range.
  
  This combination of features makes the TP151x OPAan ideal choice for battery-powered applicationsbecause the TP151x family minimizes errors due topower supply voltage variations over the lifetime ofthe battery and maintains high CMRR even for a rail-to-rail input op-amp.
